Returns and exchange

No refunds.
7-day size exchange.
Exchanges only if the garment is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items replaced immediately at no cost.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. To request an exchange, please email us at ikaplayluxe@gmail.com with:

3. Clear images of the garment
For non-sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.
If a dress has been customized by the customer, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
