Throughout these Terms, “IKA Playluxe”, “IKA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating ikaplayluxe.co.in. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and present our products accurately, including information relating to fabric, colour, print, silhouette, sizing and garment details. However, every IKA Playluxe piece belongs to the wonderfully imperfect world of textiles rather than the perfectly identical world of pixels.
The Individuality of Print- Print and colour are an integral part of the IKA Playluxe identity.Our printed textiles are produced in batches, and subtle variations may naturally occur between one production batch and another. These may include slight differences in:
- Colour
- Tone
- Print intensity
- Print placement
- Overall appearance.
Such subtle variations are a natural characteristic of printed textiles and can lend each piece its own individuality. They are not considered manufacturing defects and will not qualify as grounds for a return or exchange on the basis of a defect.
Colours on Your Screen- We take care to photograph and represent our garments as accurately as reasonably possible. However, the colour you see on a phone, tablet, laptop or other screen may differ slightly from the actual garment because of photography, lighting conditions, screen brightness, display settings and individual device calibration. These minor differences between an on-screen image and the physical product are normal and should not be considered defects.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Some IKA Playluxe styles may be produced in limited quantities or released as limited collections. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it until your order has been successfully placed and accepted. In the uncommon event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law. Shipping or other applicable charges, if any, will be communicated during checkout before payment is completed. We may revise prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payments
Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways and service providers. IKA Playluxe does not directly store complete card or banking credentials where these are processed securely by our payment partners. An order will generally be processed after successful payment authorisation, subject to availability and order acceptance.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an email, SMS, WhatsApp message or other electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. IKA Playluxe reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect pricing or product information;
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact IKA Playluxe Customer Care as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can generally only be accommodated before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it will ordinarily be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. IKA Playluxe may cancel an order where necessary due to product unavailability, payment or pricing errors, suspected fraud, logistical limitations or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at checkout. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending upon the delivery destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure that your name, address, PIN code and contact details are accurate when placing an order. IKA Playluxe cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Where a parcel appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed in transit, please contact Customer Care so that we can assist you and coordinate with the relevant logistics partner.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy wearing your IKA Playluxe piece as much as we enjoyed creating it. Returns, size exchanges, damaged-product claims, credit notes and other exchange requests are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy available on the website. Please review this policy before completing your purchase. As explained above, subtle variations in color, tone, print intensity, print placement or appearance arising naturally between printed textile batches are part of the character of printed garments and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Garment Care — Keep the Play Going
A little care goes a long way in keeping your IKA Playluxe pieces looking beautiful. For our printed collections, dry cleaning is recommended to help preserve the colour, print and overall appearance of the garment. Please also follow the individual care label attached to your garment wherever applicable.
When ironing your IKA Playluxe piece:
- Preferably turn the garment inside out before ironing;
- Avoid placing a hot iron directly over printed areas; and
- Use an appropriate temperature for the fabric and follow the garment's care instructions.
Improper washing, ironing, bleaching, drying or other unsuitable garment-care practices may cause colours and prints to fade, change or deteriorate. Some natural fading may also occur gradually with repeated wear and over the life of a textile. Fading or deterioration caused by ordinary wear, incorrect handling or failure to follow recommended garment-care instructions will not be regarded as a manufacturing defect.
Treat your IKA well, and it will stay in your orbit for longer.
Promotions, Offers & Discount Codes
From time to time, IKA Playluxe may offer promotional prices, discount codes, launch offers, special privileges or other promotions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- offers are valid only for the period communicated;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotions may apply only to selected products or collections;
- multiple promotions may not be combined;
- promotional benefits cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to completed orders; and
- IKA Playluxe may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Additional terms communicated with a particular promotion will apply to that offer.
