• At IKA Playluxe, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited batches using premium cotton fabrics and signature in-house prints.
• Most of our garments are made-to-order, which means we do not mass produce excess inventory. This conscious production approach helps us reduce fabric waste, avoid overproduction, and create more responsibly — with a lower environmental footprint.
• Free shipping on all orders.
• Our delivery timeline is 5-10 business days.

 

Payment

• For faster dispatch, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
• GST billing is unavailable during sale.
• No additional postage, handling and conveyance charges apply.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• No refunds.
• 7-day size exchange.
• Exchanges only if the garment is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Damaged or incorrect items replaced immediately at no cost.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email us at ikaplayluxe@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Unboxing video
• Clear images of the garment

The garment must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• With original tags intact
• In original packaging

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order garments
• Products purchased during sale or promotions
• Slight colour variations due to screen resolution, photography lighting, or batch dye variations

 

Colour Disclaimer

Our garments are digitally and batch printed on natural fabrics. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on:

• Fabric absorption
• Printing batch
• Natural lighting
• Device screen settings

These subtle variations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
