REFUNDS & RETURNS

IKA shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. IKA does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by IKA. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged product so received shall be communicated to IKA within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

IKA holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. For further information please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

COLOUR, PRINT & SCREEN VARIATION

At IKA Playluxe, every garment is digitally printed, making each production batch unique.

As a result: Slight variations in colour, print sharpness, or tonal depth may occur between production batches.  Print placement may vary slightly from garment to garment. Colours displayed on mobile phones, tablets, and computer monitors may differ from the actual garment due to variations in screen settings, brightness, and display calibration. These variations are an inherent characteristic of the digital printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Products displayed on IKA attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, IKA does not guarantee that product descriptions, images or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by IKA is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact IKA within 48 hours.
